What we do
We extrude Polypropylene because it is one of the most flexible, durable, and recyclable materials in the world. There is not a major industry that doesn’t use plastic corrugated in one way or another including printing, returnable packaging, food, construction, and pharmaceutical industries just to name a few. Our material is fiber free and our facility is certified for the safe handling of food products approved for us in commercial kitchens.

Variety in stock & Customized sheets for you
While we stock sheets in a variety of thicknesses and colors for immediate availability, we also extrude custom sized sheets to eliminate waste or costly scrap within your facility. All of our sheets are corona treated for printing or adhesive application.
Added fabrication services
Beyond extrusion, we offer a variety of value added fabrication services to our customers including printing, die cutting, specialty gluing, light assembly and lamination. The cloths we laminate are specific to the automotive returnable packaging industry and provide a non-abrasive surface for part protection while the plastic corrugated itself offers a substrate to build from. Laminant that we use include Spun Bound Polypropylene, Brushed Nylon, Evalon, Tyvek, Microfiber Suede and Volara cross linked polyethylene foam. All lamination is done specific to customer order using the latest technology in adhesive.
Full service extruder and fabricator of corrugated plastic
Lastly we offer assembly and automated finishing through our folder gluer, and can warehouse product to combat lead times.
